Ayurvedic Lettuce and Tomato Salad: Lettuce: half – finely chopped Tomato: 1 medium sized tomato finely chopped Lemon juice 1 teaspoon Salt to taste Crushed black pepper Coriander: finely chopped for garnish Instructions: Mix lettuce and tomato first in a salad bowl Sprinkle lemon juice on top and mix well Add salt and black pepper And finish off by garnishing with chopped coriander Usually served with Kitchadi or Indian Stir Fry and Chapathis It can also enjoyed on its own
